Verizon’s sweet math skillz…
I know I’m pretty late to the party, considering this occurred back in 2006, but last night was the first time I’d even heard about this… It amazes me how stupid these people are! The customer sure knows how to keep his cool… I just know I’d have exploded in a fit of rage after explaining this 2-3 times… The best part by far is the exchange between 1:32 and 1:55… I was so blown away by their inability to understand the situation that I listened to the original full length recording (which is about 30min long) in it’s entirety…
